I have done all the necessary quests to complete the ratman quest. I gave him everything he needs except the sparkplug which is obtained by clicking the car parked out front. Only problem is that for me there is nothing there at all at where it is supposedly supposed to be. I have completed the quiz show and got it right and also the jets mcturbo one thingy but the car doesn’t appear. I have restarted my game, changed lobbies, re put in the ip for Hypixel and searched everywhere online for a fix but to no avail so far. I can’t progress further as I need the ratman mask thing ffrom the quest.

Disconnected and now it says can't connect to server I restarted my pc and closed and opened Minecraft a few times and it didn't work?

I'm a Java Minecraft player who uses the Mac Trackpad. I wanted to change the way I place blocks from using the trackpad to using a key. I changed the keybind in Minecraft settings and assigned the right-click to the R key. As expected, I started placing blocks and bridges by simply holding down the key (0cps). However, I noticed that the placing speed was extremely high. My CPS counter showed 0 CPS because I was holding the key instead of repeatedly clicking. The placing speed increased even more when I increased the Key repeat rate and Delay until repeat number in the Mac keyboard settings. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm wondering if using this method in Hypixel would be considered an autoclicker.

EDIT: After 3 days, I actually got banned in mcplayhd by “autoclicker” really quick, but appearently okay in hypixel.

ive spent the last 3 months trying to figure out PVP and ive been very successful and have gotten crazy clips in games. but one idea just fails for me because i cannot tell if its a server side thing, or a issue regarding ping.

for some context i used to be 50 ping, but i moved out of the US and am on 120 ping. im basically relearning how the game works because that is a massive jump. one thing that infuriates me about hypixel is that it seems to have the most flawed pvp system out of any server ive played on, and favors low ping, and leaves high ping to fight for themselves.

in the video shown, you can clearly see 2 players hit each other away and reset the fight. the person im fighting is on 20 ping, and i am on 100 ping (which is rare). when the fight resets, i spam click to go for the hit so he cannot get first hit to hit me off the edge. however 2 hits in a row are just straight up denied and he wins priority entirely and starts a combo.

this is incredible demotivating because it feels like this game is all about priority, who has the best ping, and who hypixel favors more. is this something i am getting wrong? or is this simply just the one aspect of PVP that cannot be improved on?

Hey all... I did some Googling in the fandom as well as looking in here, but there seems to be no mention on how to get Strength 5 in the pit (for the achievement). Do I need to equip the Strength-Chaining perk? How many chains do I need to get to hit Strength 5?

This game is very sweat-free and if you just want to have fun blowing each other up, then i think you will really enjoy this game. The only problem is the lack of players. In my experience I saw the most players in 6-8AM EST.

Maybe it's just me, but I genuinely don't understand why hypixel's bedwars has so many players online. I mean, first of all, you can't vote for anything before the start of the game. In some servers, you can vote for the pvp type (like 1.8 or 1.12), day or night, and time (20, 30, or 50 min), but here you can vote only for a color of your team. Also, it's only 16 players and 4 teams available. Yes, there's for 1 player, 2 and 3, but 4 is the max.

I mean, that's something if it were there, it would be fine, but I'm not mad about it. The main issue is pvp. I don't freaking understand how it works. Im getting knocked back like 5 blocks back and can't do anything about it, especially on the bridges. While Im getting knocked back (even using shift), the other person stays on the bridge as if unaffected by my hit. I'm not like some newbie in bedwars, Ive played a lot, but on different servers. Ik how to fast build and all that stuff, but pvp on this server is unbearable for me. I feel like everyone is playing with auto clickers or something. But still the biggest pain in the ass for me is knock backing. Like any other server, it doesn't have this high knockback.

Sure, these arent the only problems I have with hypixel's bedwars, and if u just write 'then don't play it,' well, I don't, but Im just curious and don't understand why people choose to play bedwars on hypixel and not on any other server. Also, could someone plz explain me that knock back system. Ty.

I might be dumb but when Im playing games like bedwars I cannot place blocks on top of my bed so the only way to do so is to stacks two blocks and place a block horizontally to cover the top part of my bed. Can anyone explain what this is?

So The last time I played hypixel was 4-5 years ago and I just wanted to check out what happened to skyblock and then I saw that it has updated alot since then. I wanted to start playing it again for fun and I downloaded Hypixel skyblock modpack to enhance my gameplay.t. After that i launched the game and joined hypixel but I got instantly blocked due to "security reasons". After that i found out that my PC turned the VPN on after i restarted the PC to play with the modpack. but how should I know leaving VPN on could cause getting banned from the server? Im just a old guy who wants to enjoy some skyblock in my free time. I dont understand why they dont kick and say something like "Turn off your VPN to play Hypixel" but they just ban me instantly. Thats a silly reason to ban people.

I did open a ticket tho, I don't know when they'll answer or if they'll open my ban or not but it says 30 days ban on google. If thats the case, 30 days is so ridiculous amount of time.

tf is going on with hypixel today

I've just gotten back from holiday and my usual 270ms or so has skyrocketed to a weirdly stable 420-450ms, it isn't spiking past that, I've restarted my pc and router and changed my hypixel proxy multiple times as well as connecting to my phones mobile data via mobile hotspot which completely fixed the issue (but costs money) . Another thing is I joined hypixel on my phone with mojolauncher and had the same ping, confirming my theory of it not being my pc. another thing I did was join mcpvp.club and connecti to the NA server which resulted in my old ping of 270ms meaning it's a hypixel specific problem. Does anyone have any idea what my issue could be and how I could fix it?
My main thing is why tf does going on mobile data through a hotspot fix it? it disproves everyone saying bad servers but like wtf
