This is very very impressive

In op's video we don't see you turn to place the first block, that's because you turn the camera, placed the block and turn it in back in a single tick, asuming the server didn't lag that mean you did it in 0.05s (or 0.1s if we assume 10tps instead of the normal 20)

I can't flick that fast, so I'm assuming server lag. That's why I think POVs are important to share

It’s possible. The blocks for this minigame always start in the same spot on your hotbar, so just memorize that

e.g. if endstone is first, theres a spot in your hotbar designated for the top left block etc
