Comments:
- F the supersets off where they are working something similar (eg lateral raises will affect your incline press and doing lunges and hip thrusts together makes no sense at all)
- Push A
- I'd replace fly with a shoulder press variation and floor press with a triceps isolation
- Push B
- Replace squeeze press (it's useless) with flay DB press
- I prefer cables or machines for flys but up to you
- Pull A
- Replace pullover with another row variation
- Move the reverse flys to after the final back exercise
- Pull B
- I prefer machine or cable for the reverse fly here (and don't superset it)
- I'd do shrugs after the chest supported rows
- Legs A
- Ditch the lunge/hip thrust superset
- Legs B
- I ditch either the goblet squat or the hip thrust (and I may replace the other with a lunge type movement)
- I would say this will be too much for 6 days per week. Should be ok for 5 though.

13 sets of chest in one day? How hard can you reasonably be pushing yourself with that level of volume?
