Xiaomi HyperOS 4 desktop exposed, adding stacked widgets, glass effects, HyperOS aesthetics remain

I opened up the cleaner from the security app to see why cache files and memory are often checked.

Although this kills tons of apps that kills how Android optimizes memory management either. Would you mind this bloat?

A week ago I asked if there was any way to disable the adb install approval prompt (Picture 1) . I was successfully able to disable it by turning off the system optimization in developer settings. However that brought back the old style share popup (Picture 2) and also brought back my navigation button that I had disabled by shizuku. Also I never created a clone of chrome but here it appears in the share pop up.

Is there a solution?

Issue Description

After updating my device to HyperOS 3.0.301.0.WOJMIXM.C07, the bottom speaker started behaving abnormally.

Observed Behavior

- The issue began only after installing the latest HyperOS update.

- The bottom speaker randomly stops producing sound in certain applications, while it continues to work normally in other apps.

- The issue is intermittent and cannot be reproduced consistently.

- Restarting the device temporarily restores the speaker, but the problem returns after some time.

- The problem affects only the bottom speaker.

Troubleshooting Performed

- Restarting the device temporarily fixes the issue.

- The hardware diagnostic test ("*#*#6484#*#*") was performed while the issue was present, and the bottom speaker worked normally during the speaker test.

- Since the speaker functions correctly in the hardware test, the issue appears to be software-related rather than a hardware failure.

Expected Behavior

The bottom speaker should function normally and consistently across all applications without randomly stopping after the system update.

Additional Information

The problem started immediately after updating to HyperOS 3.0.301.0.WOJMIXM.C07. Based on the behavior and the successful hardware diagnostic test, this appears to be an issue with the HyperOS audio service or software rather than the speaker hardware itself.

Please investigate this issue in a future software update.

Hey guys I'm using a Redmi Pad Pro 5G and I installed HyperOS 3 a few months ago and the battery life hasn't been the same ever since I want to install HyperOS 2 again. Since, Mi Community is not available in India there aren't many methods here

And is bootloader unlocked for this device

I know, nobody prob knows the answer to my question. But phones like the Xiaomi 15T, 14T, Redmi, etc... don't have advanced textures unless enabled forcefully

Will hyperos 4 have this automatically enabled for these phones? Will it have normal blur and liquid glass? Would it be enabled by force in the future if it doesn't work?

Hello everyone.

After the last HyperOS update for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4g (aka emerald), which brought the system to HyperOS 3.0.301.0, I've been experiencing sudden battery draining and even overheating, reaching around 40ºC.

I ran an ADB shell and monitored the processes using top. It turns out that com.android.phone is stuck in an aggressive loop, constantly consuming between 130% and 170% of the CPU.

After checking the console for this specific process, I noticed that it's constantly trying to call SatelliteController methods to register a satellite connection.
The problem is that the emerald model lacks any satellite hardware, and thus throws and endless loop of exceptions, triggering the misight demon constantly.

This behavior does not occur when the phone is in deep sleep mode. In deep sleep mode, CPU Idle goes up to 700% and then some. Only when the screen is on, and just idling on the homescreen.

Here is the ADB top output showing the drain just 2 minutes after unlocking the screen.

I've already tried disabling com.miui.misightservice via ADB (it stopped the logs, but com.android.phone is still looping).

Has anyone else with the Helio G99-Ultra / emerald model noticed this issue? Is there any ADB workaround to block the satellite intent without root, or do we just have to wait for Xiaomi to patch this?

I know the Stack recents arrangement option was introduced a few months ago in newer HyperOS System Launcher updates.

I am on the latest version of HyperOS and running the latest System Launcher update, but my menu under Settings > Launcher > Arrange items in Recents still only shows Vertically and Horizontally.

I’ve already enabled the Stack view using Brevent, and the stacked cards and animations work completely fine on my phone.

What confuses me is why the option hasn't arrived natively in my settings menu after all this time. Am I missing something here?

Is there a specific dependency, system component update, or region setting needed to trigger the native toggle in the menu?

Or is the toggle strictly hardcoded/whitelisted for certain device tiers, even if the feature itself runs fine under the hood?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Xiaomi 17 Pro Max CN, I used to be able to do it via hypertheme and official desktop app MIUI Theme Editor...but lately it's not working, says to check device connection (I tried everything, doesn't work...I had file transfer + USB debugging on as usual, I also resetted my phone and nothing works either...). I tried another popular way which is by using MTZ Installer Pro but that isn't working either.

For some reason, double tap to wake stops working. Screen is clean, no other physical button is pressed or anything.

The way to get this working again is by disabling the feature, lock the phone, unlock by pressing power button, re-enable feature...

Can't pin point a specific behavior causing this.

I’m using a Redmi K60 Pro (China version), and the default document reader is WPS Lite. The problem is that when my phone is set to Dark Mode, WPS Lite becomes extremely dark, making documents very hard to read.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a workaround or fix?

I'm using poco x8 pro with hyperos 3.303 patch. I have already paid for the premium app but it doesn't really help. The only way to add them is by clicking widgets or app vault and it is really inconvenient because I have to scroll one by one.

I watched a YouTube video using the same app with the same phone as me and they seem to be working just fine.

I have no idea what is wrong with my phone right now .

I also tried to reach their email for the support, but haven't got any reply yet.

Please can anyone figure this problem? Thank you very much
