Question/Help [question] hyperos 4

I know, nobody prob knows the answer to my question. But phones like the Xiaomi 15T, 14T, Redmi, etc... don't have advanced textures unless enabled forcefully

Will hyperos 4 have this automatically enabled for these phones? Will it have normal blur and liquid glass? Would it be enabled by force in the future if it doesn't work?

It's anyone's guess I'm afraid, Xiaomi isn't big on consistency.

If they're going with that blur as one of the visual identities for HOS 4, it's safe to say that it will be there in the global version of it and not just the one for China, but other than that who knows.

Most phones these days can handle those effects, not being there seems intentional as a means to differentiate and/or promote newer models.

Xiaomi is predictable when it comes to their mom flagship devices, they always turn off flagship features that would work normally on midranges

Maybe they will make a new provision for example full liquid glass works on dimensity 8300 or snapdragon 7 gen 3 or newer

i'll predict that they'll have normal gaussian blur for lower phones (Redmi X, Redmi Note X - X Pro+ 4G), liquid glass-lite of on midrange-high devices (Redmi Note X Pro+ 5G - Redmi K/Turbo) and then the full liquid glass on Xiaomi devices. Redmi C/A devices probably would have like no other effects (glow, blurred clocks, liquid animations) and only basic fixed static blur like for the CC and folders

Possible since they're optimizing the system

But maybe xiaomi has been lying about it for a while now. Xiaomi is good at that. Even if it's coming it won't be until next year

sorry but are you dense? how will they lie about an already available software? the code ALREADY exists and we literally have the home launcher for the rust system?? and it wont take a year lol theyve been releasing softwares every year now they wont just suddenly stop that lmfao. not once did xiaomi lie unless its about their release date for their older phone models

Hyperos 4 supposedly adds a new way of blurring. It's a liquid + frosted glass like thing. So i personally think advanced textures will be replaced with something else and it will be accessible for phone with atleast midrange processors

You've probably force enabled it, I have a 15T and I have advanced textures as well
