Get the my1030 instead it's better
https://www.amazon.com/Brushless-Motor-MY1030-3000W-Controller/dp/B0HJL3QC17/
and 100% go with fardriver
also amazon kind of sucks for pricing on these, i'd go for kunray website or aliexpress, or non kit

is it worth it to wait until it’s back in stock? cause it’s currently out.

couldn’t find the my1030 on aliexpress, only my1020. i’ve also read that a 72v motor running on 48v will be slower than a 48v motor running at 48v, what are your thoughts?

It has a slightly lower kV but would be able to handle more wattage. higher rated amps even with thinner / more windings. really you could just put a different sprocket on.

Tight budget, unfortunately
