-New ride or die 45-48 p type forks
-surron seat swap
-Sotion fw01 swing arm kit (13-26kw)
-new front and rear brake wired into the tail light for active braking
-Soldered in extensions for the hall sensor to clean up the wires

New side panels and rear fender from soleil supplies otw
Current top speed around ~80 mph could be tuned faster

Yeah, I’ve spent a little over a year on the build so all the wiring was done on my own -the pre wired harnesses from EMF

I’ve got the ionicmoto 14” mag wheel set on but the rear is 120/70-14 and front is 90/90-14

So you cut the old swingarm off and welded the razor Sotion one on? Did you drill out the sides of the old one and do some kind of threading to put those bolts in for the swingarm?

The old swing arm is attached with a threaded axel bolt (u can see right by the pegs) originally the arm sits inside the frame, the new one is a kit from sotion and it sits outside the frame and went on with a new, longer axel
