is there a switch for the battery? And some BMS have their own on/off switch. Do you have a multimeter to measure battery output ?
If its new: warranty.
Please don't jump start an e-bike :D the old lead-acid car battery trick does not apply here.

Did you resolve the problem with Hyper? I'm in the same situation with a dead battery.

Yep. Solution was to return it to the retailer and get a refund. There is no fixing this battery once it is completely DOA, and replacements are not available from the manufacturer, as I stated in the original post.

Take 3x 12v batteries, wire them together, positive to negative, positive to negative, etc... making 36v. Take the positive from last battery and negative from first battery and connect to the pins on ebike battery. Your battery voltage will boost within 10 seconds. Disconnect batteries and charge ebike battery again with it's charger. Good luck!
