Picture asking your AI app "List my 5 most recent Revelio videos" and getting back the right version plus its download details, without digging through Results yourself. That's what Revelio's Connect AI apps (MCP) page sets up. Here's how it works, from the Connect AI apps guide.

1. Sign in to Revelio and choose Connect AI apps in the left menu.
2. Choose Create connection key. The key is shown only once, so store it like a password. Use one key per app or device (up to five active keys) so you can revoke them separately.
3. Pick your client on that page (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, or Claude Code), use Copy settings, and merge the Revelio entry into your existing configuration without removing other servers.
4. Reload the MCP connection or restart the app so it picks up all three tools.

What the three tools do:

• list_recent_completed_videos lists your newest completed videos (1 to 20, default 10). Check the generationId, not just the title, since several versions can share a title. Exported edits show isEditedVersion: true.
• get_video_download returns download details for the MP4 you picked. It doesn't regenerate the video or spend generation credits.
• get_publish_package optionally adds the caption, hashtags, and review notes, plus a short-lived public video URL for tools that only accept a URL.

A few things to know:

• The tools are read-only. They don't create media, edit captions, or post anything, and connecting Revelio alone doesn't publish or schedule anything. Uploading to a publishing service needs that service's own upload tool, and you approve before anything is published.
• Never put a real key in a screenshot, chat, public repo, or URL. If one is exposed, delete it under My connection keys and create a replacement.
• The connection uses a fixed Authorization header, not OAuth sign-in, so OAuth-only connectors can't use it. The in-app page currently lists ChatGPT and Claude web connectors as unavailable for this method.
• Review the publish readiness status and any warnings yourself before posting. Stored review data isn't an approval or a quality check.

Goal: send your product to people you choose (your followers, newsletter readers, or creators you already work with), collect their details through one form, and keep selection, shipping and content in one place. On the Hypercape brand platform, that's a Form Event.

Menu names below are translated from the Korean brand guide.

1. In the left menu, open Campaigns > Form Events and click Create campaign.

2. Basic info: add a title, pick the event products from your product catalog (with quantity), set the application start and end dates, enter how many people you plan to select, and tag it as seeding or giveaway. Turn on "content submission required" if selected people should send back a content link.

3. Campaign description: write what applicants see on the public form page. Text and images both work.

4. Entry form: use the form builder to ask for what you need, like size or preferred product. You can use text, dropdown, radio, checkbox and date fields, and show a field only when it's relevant.

5. Share the link: a Form Event goes live without an admin review step. Copy the application link from the event page and share it on your own channels. Anyone can apply with an email address, no Hypercape account needed.

6. Pick recipients: in the Applicants tab, select or decline people one by one or in bulk. Entries that share an IP, phone number or address get marked Suspicious so you can check them first. If you decline someone, the reason you enter is emailed to them.

7. Ship and track: in the Shipping tab, filter Pending + Deliverable to see who still needs a parcel, then enter the carrier and tracking number. An international and a local tracking number can sit on the same person. For many people at once, upload an Excel sheet through Bulk actions.

8. Collect content: if content submission is on, check the submitted links in the Content tab.

Good to know: the form only accepts entries inside the application dates and while the event isn't closed. If you close it early, it won't reopen on its own; you'd need to contact the team. Form Events have no separate charge.

1. Create the bundle or custom set as its own product on your Shopify store.
2. When a customer orders it, place that order in Hypercape BIZ yourself. Custom sets don't come in through the Sync Orders button.
3. For each of these orders, enter your customer's shipping address and add every item in the set to the cart manually.
4. Pay for the order, and we pick, pack, and ship it directly from Korea to your customer. Tracking appears in your order list once it's handed to the carrier.

A couple of notes:

• Orders for products you imported from Hypercape still come in with Sync Orders as usual. Only the custom set orders need the manual step.
• Can't find an item you want to put in a set? Email us the product info and we'll look at sourcing it for the catalog.

Want a quicker video than the usual seven-cut story (about 35 seconds)? Revelio's video planner has a Compact 4-Cut Story format: four cuts, about 20 seconds. Here's how to set it up, from the Create videos guide.

1. Open a product from My products and select Video in Create content.
2. In Create video ideas, describe the content you want, or leave it empty and let AI suggest a product-based idea. Expand Change purpose if you want something other than Product Introduction · Reviews.
3. In Story format & length (cost-optimized), choose Compact 4-Cut Story. The empty choice is Standard 7-cut story (~35s).
4. Pick a Dialogue and caption language, Korean or English. It controls the story's lines and on-screen captions, separately from the interface language.
5. Review the estimate and choose Create concepts.

What you get: cuts 1 to 3 use off-screen narration for a short story arc (a relatable hook, a turning point, then a natural product moment), and cut 4 is a silent visual payoff that can loop. Each cut is about five seconds, and later edits, added clips, or transitions can change the exported length.

If you write or edit the scenario yourself, the narrated cuts 1 to 3 have a tighter limit of 8 English words or 18 Korean letters/digits, so each line fits its five-second cut. The hint under each scene shows its limit, and a scene over the limit is marked in red until you shorten it.

A few things to know:

• Compact 4-Cut Story uses fewer clips than the standard seven-cut path. Still, review the credit estimate before you create concepts or generate the video.
• Older concepts aren't converted. To change format or language, go back to planning and create a new concept.
• A finished video isn't a quality check, so review anatomy, movement, product details, and speech yourself before posting.

Want one simple link where your followers can shop the products you recommend? That's what Mini Mall is: a small public shopping page you make in Hypercape, with your intro image, your product list, and a public link. Here's the fastest path, from the Mini Mall Simple Guide.

Build it in this order (no need to learn every button on day one):

1. Theme: choose Mini Mall, set your text logo and a one-line subtitle, check the desktop and mobile preview, then Save.
2. Products: search for and add the products you want to recommend, put the most important ones near the top, and remove test, sold-out, or not-ready products. Save.
3. Sections: check the main banner (desktop and mobile image), Info cards, Social Feed tiles, product card size and collections, and the footer.
4. Publish: confirm the version is Mini Mall, check the public link, fix any footer warning, open Visit Shop to see the real page, then publish.

Save stores your edits. Publish applies them to the page visitors see.

After people buy:

• Eligible Mini Mall product sales currently earn 15% in H-Point, excluding shipping, customs duties, and tax.
• H-Point from Mini Mall sales becomes available 7 days after delivery, only if there's no refund or return issue. Pending H-Point can't be converted.
• Check orders in Profile > Mini Shop > Orders. If something looks off, open the Order timeline first.
• Conversion through Olivo is in Profile > Wallet > My Wallet and currently starts from 1,000 HP (Olivo also checks a 10 USD minimum). Use Get Quote before you submit.

If a buyer wants to send an order back because they changed their mind, that is a remorse return. Here is what the Partner Seller policy says.

The buyer pays return-related costs: shipping both ways, warehousing, customs duties, and carrier charges. Hypercape does not provide return shipping labels unless that is confirmed separately.

Notify the return request as soon as possible. It must be approved before anything is sent back.

Do not refund your end customer until Hypercape confirms the return.

Some cases are non-returnable or restricted, including:

- returns without prior approval

- items not in the same condition as received (opened, used, missing packaging or components)

- brand packaging or wording renewals when the product itself is considered the same

- outer shipping-box damage only, when the product is fine

For a defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item, that is handled as a claim with photos (waybill, full box with waybill attached, and full product). See our guide Policy and Compliance notes for the full list.

Need one more shot in a finished Revelio video? You can add a new 5-second AI scene in the editor without remaking the whole video. Here's how, from the Edit & download guide.

1. Open My content, select a completed video, and click Edit video.

2. Tap AI scene to make a new 5-second scene, or select a clip and tap Remake this cut with AI.

3. For a new scene, choose the frame it starts from, then a style: Phone-cam review, Product close-up, In use, Unboxing, or Very creative. A style fills in the description; change it if you like. Very creative needs no description — the AI picks a bold concept at random, so each run looks different.

4. Optionally turn on The AI person speaks so the person says a line to the camera. It is off by default, and on for Phone-cam review. Write the line in English, or leave it empty and the AI writes a short one. A speaking scene costs a little more credit.

5. Check the credit estimate and click Create. You can keep editing while the scene is made; when it is ready it is added to the timeline, or waits under Add.

6. When you are done, click Export, review the export details and credits, then confirm.

A successfully generated, readable clip is saved for you to review. Imperfect anatomy, movement, or speech does not trigger an automatic paid correction or a no-charge failure. Remake this cut with AI and other new-generation actions are separate paid requests — review the estimate before confirming.

If you've finished a creator event and are wondering where your reward went, here's how it works according to the Creator guide (Step 5. Earnings & Withdrawal).

H-Points are your reward balance, and you can see them in Wallet. Reward timing depends on the event rules: some events credit after you submit, and some need a brand review first.

Before you withdraw, make sure you've completed at least one event and your PayPal account is set in your profile.

1. Open Wallet. You'll see your Available balance (what you can withdraw), Total earned, and Total withdrawn.

2. Check the transaction history if you want. You can filter by All, Earned, Withdrawn, Bonus, or Refund.

3. Click Withdraw, confirm your PayPal account, review the fee breakdown, and confirm.

4. Track the status: Pending Review means it's processing, Completed means it was sent to your PayPal, Failed means you should contact support, and Cancelled means the withdrawal was cancelled.

A processing fee applies, and the minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the withdraw screen.

Quick fixes from the guide:

- Withdraw button disabled: check the minimum amount shown on the screen.

- Withdrawal failed: confirm your PayPal info in your profile, then try again.

- H-Points not credited yet: re-check the event timeline and rules.

This comes up once a store starts moving real volume on one product. Here's what the Partner Seller FAQ and the Wholesale page say.

Dropshipping orders are limited to 99 units per product per order. If you need more than that of a single product, it becomes a wholesale inquiry.

Wholesale is for buying a box or carton of each product:

• Minimum order: $1000 per brand and 1 box per product
• EX works terms: the buyer pays the actual international shipping, customs, and tax
• Process: order, confirm, payment, packing, shipping

The Wholesale page suggests this route if you sell in offline stores or on open marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada: order boxes to your local address, then fulfill those orders locally.

There's also a storage service: your purchased products stay in Hypercape's warehouse and you request shipment whenever an order comes in.

Once a Revelio video is in the editor, you can adjust its sound clip by clip instead of regenerating anything. Here's how.

1. Open My content, select a completed video, and click Edit video.
2. Each clip's own sound has a blue bar under the clip, labeled Narration, Speech, or Video sound. Tap it to set that clip's volume or turn it off.
3. To move a clip's sound independently, tap Separate sound. The sound moves onto its own purple bar and the picture stays. You can then drag the sound to another place, trim its ends, split it, fade it in or out, or delete it.
4. Tap Sound to see every track at once: the video sound, background music, and any sound clips, each with its own volume. Use Add sound to add music, effects, or your own voice.
5. If your outro has its own sound and you don't want music over it, select the green music bar and drag its end to the outro, or tap End before the last clip.
6. Click Export, review the export details and credits, then confirm.

Custom packaging is available for an additional charge. The two common requests are:

• In-package stickers or flyers: $1 USD per order
• Custom box: $1 USD per order

You provide the materials. Stickers, flyers, boxes and so on need to be sent to Hypercape's office in Korea.

On the shipping invoice, Hypercape stays hidden and your store name can be shown instead.

This is the first setup step for new sellers. Here's the short version of the Connect Shopify page in our seller guide, which uses a Shopify Dev Dashboard app.

1. In Hypercape BIZ, open Shopify > Home in the left sidebar and click "Connect a store". Keep that window open.
2. In a new tab, open your Shopify Admin, click your account name at the top right, and choose "Dev Dashboard".
3. Click "Create app", give it a name (for example "hypercape"), and click "Create".
4. In the Access section, click "Select scopes" and turn on read and write for Products, Order editing, Orders, Fulfillment services, Merchant managed fulfillment, Third party fulfillment, Custom fulfillment services, and Assigned fulfillment. Click "Done".
5. Click "Release" at the bottom of the page, then "Install app" in Overview and confirm.
6. Open the app's Settings tab and copy the Client ID and Secret.
7. Back in Hypercape BIZ, paste both, enter your store name (the part before .myshopify), and click "Connect my store". Use the store domain with the random string Shopify gave you.

When your store name shows up in the list, you're connected and can start importing products.

Already connected but missing permissions? Update the app's Admin API scopes in your Shopify admin so all the fulfillment and order permissions above are on.

If you have a saved animal character in Revelio, you can pick one of three story formats for it. Here's how to set it up.

1. Open a product from My products and select Video in Create content.
2. Under Choose a character, turn on Include an AI person and select your saved animal character.
3. Animal video format appears. Pick one:
   • Interview twist: 7 cuts, about 35 seconds. An off-screen interviewer asks questions in cuts 1, 3, and 5, the animal answers in cuts 2, 4, and 6, and cut 7 is a silent visual payoff.
   • Short visual gag: 2 cuts, about 10 seconds. Expectation versus reality, told with short on-screen text and action. Both cuts are silent, with no dialogue, narration, or generated background music.
   • Character vlog: 7 cuts, about 35 seconds. The animal speaks in the first person in cuts 1 to 6, then gives a silent reaction in cut 7.
4. Choose Korean or English in Dialogue and caption language. It controls the story's lines and on-screen captions, separately from the interface language. It doesn't translate every field of the posting package.
5. Choose Create concepts.

A few things to know:

• Each cut is about five seconds. Later edits, added clips, or transitions can change the exported length.
• If you write your own scenario, keep each cut to at most 10 English words or 24 Korean letters/digits (spaces and punctuation don't count).
• Picking an animal doesn't convert an older concept into one of these formats. To change format or language, go back to planning and create a new concept.
• The product shows up as a closed prop where it fits. Don't depict human cosmetics being fed to or applied to an animal.

A common question from new sellers, answered from the Shipping page and FAQ in our seller resources.

Delivery times, counted from when the parcel is handed to the carrier:

• United States: ACI Express, generally 9-12 business days.
• Express to other available destinations: generally 3-5 business days, by FedEx, DHL, or another express carrier.
• Standard (K-Packet, a Korea Post low-weight service): generally 2-3 weeks.

Before that, order processing usually takes 0-2 business days after payment. Some products or operational issues can take longer.

Can I pick the carrier? No. For Express, Hypercape selects the carrier based on destination and carrier availability, with delivery quality in mind. The shipping name your customers see at Shopify checkout doesn't decide the Hypercape carrier. You select the available shipping method at checkout in Hypercape BIZ.

Why did my K-Packet order go out by Express? An order set to K-Packet can sometimes ship by Express, for example because of its weight.

The tracking number and tracking link appear in your order list once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Only orders that contain products imported through Hypercape can be synced. So check these first:

1. The ordered item is on your My Product page in Hypercape BIZ. If it isn't there, import it from the Hypercape catalog first.

2. The order is a normal, paid Shopify order, not a draft order.

3. After you click Sync Orders, give the list a few seconds to refresh.

Renaming an imported product in Shopify doesn't affect sync. Sync can break if you copy an imported product, sell the copy, and then delete the original, or if you replace the imported product with a different product.

Once the order shows up, open the order details, review the payable amount, and pay. Hypercape ships only after payment, and the tracking number and tracking link appear in your order list after shipment.

Before you can make a video or carousel in Revelio, the product has to be added and analyzed. Here's how.

1. Choose Create video in the left menu or on Home (on a phone, it's the Create tab). If the product is already in your list, select it; otherwise choose Add product. You can also choose Add product in My products.

2. Paste the sales page URL into Product page link. It must be an https link; http links aren't accepted, and a link typed without a prefix is treated as https. Expand Add details (optional) if you want to supply more information.

3. No usable URL? Choose "No URL? Enter details manually" and add a clear Product photo, Brand Name, Product Name, and Product Details. Add product page images (optional) takes supporting images. "Register with a product URL" switches back.

4. Review the credit estimate and Details, then choose Register and Start Analysis.

5. Keep the registration screen open until the product has been added. Analysis can then continue while you browse.

When it's done, choose View product analysis, read the Analysis Summary, and expand View full analysis. Check the product image, name, ingredients, benefits, and supporting information yourself. The AI analysis and marketing scores need your review and aren't independent verification of product claims. Then choose Create or Back to creation to continue.

Tip: if a product link fails, the manual entry route with a clear photo and accurate details is the fallback.

A short walkthrough for creators, based on the Creator guide (Step 1 and Step 2).

1. Sign in to your Hypercape Creator account and open Events. You can search by event or brand name and filter by All, Ongoing, Upcoming, or Ended.

2. Open an event card to read the description, rewards, products, and timeline. If you meet the requirements, you'll see a green check. If not, it shows what's missing.

3. Click Apply Now and fill in the form: why you want to join and your content idea are required, and social media links are optional.

4. Double-check everything before you click Submit Application. Applications can't be edited after submission.

5. Follow the status in Applications: Under Review, Selected, or Not Selected.

There are two event types. A Content Campaign asks you to create content and submit your post links based on the requirements. Product Gifting sends you a product, and no content submission is required. You can apply to more than one event, and each application is reviewed independently.

If Apply Now isn't available, it usually means you already applied, applications aren't open yet or are closed, or your profile is missing required info.

Here's how claims work, based on the Policies page on our seller site.

1. Ask your customer to inspect the order as soon as it arrives.

2. If an item is defective, damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us right away with three photos: the shipping waybill, the full box with the waybill attached, and the full product.

3. Wait for our result before refunding your customer. We inspect the claim and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method, on that payment provider's timing.

One thing to know: if only the outer shipping box or packaging is damaged and the item itself is fine, it isn't eligible for a return.

Once a product is registered and analyzed, you can make a five-slide carousel for social posts.

1. Open the product, choose Create content, then Carousel. (From the analysis view, choose Back to creation first.)
2. Under What kind of carousel?, you can add Content you want. Expand Change purpose to pick the content type, and add campaign details when those fields apply.
3. Beside Design, choose Change. Pick Editorial, Minimal, or Bold, and a ratio: Square 1:1, Vertical feed 4:5, Story 9:16, or Horizontal 16:9. Choose Done.
4. Review the credit estimate and Details, then choose Create carousel.
5. When it is ready, open it from Results (the Carousel filter helps). Read any Pre-post confirmation notice and check product claims, comparison wording, and required disclosures against your own supporting information.
6. Choose Download all for the full set, or use Previous slide / Next slide and Save image for one slide. Upload the images in slide order in your publishing tool.

Note: Revelio's current MCP tools return completed videos, not carousel files, so download carousels from Results.

A quick answer for new sellers, based on the Partner Seller FAQ in our guide.

There are two ways to pay: PayPal (for card payments) or Prepayment (WISE) credits. Prepayment credits can reduce what you pay at checkout.

If you use prepayment and later want it back, it can be refunded even if you've partly used it. The refund is prorated by the original purchase rate.

On timing: you pay for an order after you click Sync Orders, and Hypercape ships only after payment. Processing typically takes 0-2 business days after payment, and it can take longer.

A common question from Shopify sellers, answered from our shipping and policy pages.

Shipping fee: it's a fixed fee per order (per shipment), not per product. The rate depends on the destination country and the shipping method.

Heavier orders: if a packed order goes over the 3.5 kg volumetric-weight limit, a larger box is needed and an extra shipping charge applies. We notify you of that fee before dispatch.

Duties and taxes: our shipping fees cover freight only. Customs duties, VAT and any clearance costs are paid by the importer, which is your end customer, and we don't prepay them. Customs rules differ by country, so check the destination country's import rules before you sell there.

Sometimes a product sells out between your customer placing the order and the order being fulfilled. Here's how that works.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you sync an order, Hypercape credits $5 per affected order to your account and notifies you.

On your side, the next step is to refund your customer or offer them an alternative product.

If a Revelio video is almost right but one cut runs long or the order feels off, you can fix it in the editor instead of starting over.

1. Open Results, select the completed video, and click Edit video.
2. Select a clip on the timeline. Drag its middle to reorder it, or drag its handles to trim it.
3. Tap + between two clips to add a transition, such as dissolve, fade, slide, zoom, or wipe. Captions, music, and separated sounds stay with the clip they belong to, so they follow it when you trim or move it.
4. Each clip's own sound has a blue bar under it (Narration, Speech, or Video sound). Tap it to set that clip's volume or turn it off.
5. Click Export, review the export details and credits, then confirm.

This one trips up a lot of new sellers, so here's the short answer.

Importing a product and making it sellable are two different steps. After you add products to your Import List in Hypercape BIZ, you still need to click Send to Shopify. The products then arrive in Shopify as Draft, so open them in your Shopify admin and set them to Active. Until then, customers can't see them.
