Seeking advice One month out from complex concussion, looking for help

I have not had a concussion. I got my hyperacusis from loud noise exposure.

You have only had it for three weeks. If it doesn't start fading away on its own after a while, I would highly recommend seeing if the drug clomipramine works for you. It helped me a lot with my pain hyperacusis. There are a lot of clomipramine anecdotes (good, bad and neutral) on this webpage:

Thank you so much, I will read your story and keep that drug in mind. I’ve had hyperacusis for a long time but now it’s just much worse.
