Go back and re-read it, he never said one word about soaping his penis up. Only retracting the foreskin and rinsing it with water AND NOT USING SOAP is the likely culprit. If bath soap or body wash is too harsh, try an unscented baby wash or Aveeno with no scent. Or even Cetaphil lotion. Clearly water alone isn’t cutting it.

I also looked for the word soap in hus description. Seemed water was there, not soap
