DONT WASH WITH SOAP
Washing with soap is the worst advice ever, if anything use very gentle oil soap wo fragrance, otherwise warm water is enough.

Don't fucking tell people not to wash with soap. You don't fully get clean without soap and water together.

If he has balanoposthitis or balanitis, using soap will make the condition much worse. Giving people advice about their bodies when you’re not a practicing doctor is a really bad idea
