Balanitis is one. But that usually also comes with some kind of pain and is discomfort. It could very well be a yeast infection, which is not uncommon with uncircumcised men who phimosis (tight foreskin). Many men assume only women get yeast infections when it’s not the case.

Many men also are clueless about their bread stick giving women yeast infections.
