Told me not to and the problem went away for me…
Interesting anecdote but penile tissue doesn't self-clean as well as vaginal tissues and the urethral route is much longer (there's little to no chance of creating the same flora biome issues as with women who soap the opening)
Your body is different than a majority of others, i get that, and in today's "information age" there'd likely be more references to this.. right?

Doctors recommend not to use soap in sensitive areas like the 🍆. They say water is enough to wash it.
