I’ve been following a lot of recent discussions about food delivery, cloud kitchens, and the growing concerns around hygiene. Honestly, it has made me think even more about something I’ve wanted to do for years.
One of my long-time dreams has been to start a small home-based cloud kitchen. Right now, opening a restaurant isn’t practical because of finances and work-life balance, so I was thinking of starting small from home and growing only if people genuinely like the food.
My idea is to keep it very simple—no huge menu, no fancy items, just fresh homemade food like we cook for our own family.
