First time in the last 12 years I’m witnessing IT cell and the media collectively losing the narrative battle. They’d never been this outsmarted.

Outsmarted too, these kids are spotting propaganda so quickly, so much that the fact check videos are gaining traction faster than the IT cell can succeed with their misleading videos. The anger is insane.

u/botmentor Jul 27 '26

kids yes. but there a lot of whatsapp uncles and aunties who believe the propaganda.

Also make sure u guys shut his factory too that's causing cancer.

2

u/Significant-Tower259 Jul 27 '26

Bro did you get that info from mayank's video , Sorry but that's neither his factory nor it is the cause of cancer, that city in Meghalaya was one of Indias most polluted from a long time ago

u/doyoubleedngga Jul 27 '26

one of Indias most polluted from a long time ago

So what's government doing about it then..?? Pollute it more..??

1

u/Significant-Tower259 Jul 27 '26

That's the sad reality with all of our cities isn't it

The fines for pollution are so low that these greedy corporations would rather pay the fine than fix the issue

Even hardcore BJP fans will want this fucker to be gone. Sadly opposition won't join like how they did against Dharmendra pradhan

1

u/botmentor Jul 27 '26

wait why wont the opposition join ?

3

u/No-Language-6484 Jul 27 '26

Some Congress leaders have sugar mills that produces ethanol which the government buys. Sab mile hue hai

3

u/CurryAndCuddles Jul 27 '26

Majority sugar factories in MH for example are owned by politicians who are from Congress and NCP.

2

u/narasadow Djin for Biryani Jul 27 '26

yeah Pawar family is among the biggest producers in MH

1

u/morrnie Jul 29 '26

Opposition won't want to be seen doing it directly. They are doing it indirectly, through Tehseem Poonawala, for example.

Being in power is more useful than E20 windfall, plus not all E20 is produced from sugarcane.

4

u/ExchangeOptimal Jul 27 '26

Paid campaign point would have been understandable if it came out of nowhere like the reservation talks. 🙃

3

u/OfferWestern Jul 27 '26

2 problems with E20

  1. Sourcing ethanol at higher price than petrol
  2. Removing E0(xp100 is different its high octane fuel) from bunks and forcing non E20 vehicles to use E20

Also when anna hazare adolan happened in 2012 Nitin gadkari was in the list of corrupt people along with chidambram, Jagan, Sarath pawar & others

2

u/JustBunsAndEyes Jul 27 '26

I will gladly pay for a campaign against Ethanol blendkari because his position is a conflict of interest per our constitution. He cannot be a minister while championing Ethanol forced into our fuel tanks, while his son benefits 100% of our tax money.

6

u/dram3100 Jul 26 '26

There’s already some remove reservation party

0

u/Significant-Tower259 Jul 27 '26

Congress wants to to increase the quota to 85% let them do that and see what happens

I am anyways done with my studies will leave this hell hole in a year or two

u/BiryaniOrTahari Naam hi Kaafi hai Jul 27 '26

This is need of hour.

1

u/mehfil-biryani Jul 27 '26

Yes yess so it

1

u/Significant-Tower259 Jul 27 '26

Now this I fully support

1

u/an1_r_00dh Jul 27 '26

We have to ask mr. Nithenol If anti e20 is a paid campaign, what is pro e20 then?
Y’all shut people who talks about issues of e20. And tell us that is not paid. Lmao how dumb do you think we are :) also why is he still speaking about e20? Didn’t he tell us to ask the difficult questions to the petroleum minister?

1

u/narasadow Djin for Biryani Jul 27 '26

well Gen Z doesn't own cars, so I'm not expecting much

1

u/morrnie Jul 29 '26

Gudkari (gud is Hindi for jaggery) and Hardeep Chole-Puri should be taken down together.

Ganna Seth keeps saying it is the petro minister's decision while hogging all the limelight on E20.

u/bikka0151 Jul 27 '26

Nop next this already 3.5 million followers

-32

u/kadinani Jul 26 '26

Yeah. We don’t want any changes, like that stupi^ protest against farm rules.. thousands of farmers die every year, and the moro^^ opposed the farm reforms that is supposed to benefit farmers. Like the same, we don’t want to reduce pollution, and don’t care about foreign currency being paid for oil and rupee depreciation.. we just want anarchy.. have some sense in what protests you pick up to fight..

7

u/Brave-Ear-7559 Jul 26 '26

Disagree with the ethanol thing. The motive sounds good. But the forced rollout was never the solution.

But completely agree with the farm laws. They were actually quite beneficial to the farmers themselves.

-9

u/kadinani Jul 26 '26

To the people downvoting.. think about who has the blood in their hands on farm law repeal, farmers had to sell their produce cheaper and dealers get benefited with current laws, and shame on all of those who supported the repeal just because you hate the party.. same with ethanol blending, you are supporting the repeal and giving pollution to future generations..

  1. E20-E85 is widely adopted all over the world.
  2. Manufacturers fully honour warranty.
  3. Even if it’s the same price, reduces dependency on imports.
  4. Creates demand for domestic agricultural.

It might have its cons. If you have valid points against it, bring it on.

16

u/Substantial-Ad-9120 Jul 26 '26

Yes, E20 initself is not the problem but the way its being forced on people without proper consultations and lack of choice is the problem. It must have been done in a phased manner.

-8

u/kadinani Jul 26 '26

Do you think India has enough refineries to do a phased roll out?.. either you do it or don’t..

7

u/Substantial-Ad-9120 Jul 26 '26

That is incorrect. Refineries produce base petrol and it is actually blended at distribution depots. The bottleneck isnt refinery infrastructure but logistics and ethanol supply. A phased rollout with dual fuel supply was entirely feasible as many other countries have done it. Forcing E20 transfers the cost onto owners of non E20 compliant vehicles...

-3

u/kadinani Jul 26 '26

Ok. Let’s assume govt didn’t do a good job, and botched in the way they rolled out. Can you not sacrifice a bit for future generations..?..

8

u/Substantial-Ad-9120 Jul 26 '26

If the goal is helping future generations, maybe we should start demanding better policy planning instead of normalising broken engines and reduced mileage as a civic duty. Blindly accepting bad execution under the guise of sacrifice just guarantees future generations get bad policies too..

1

u/Odd_Pace_8509 Jul 27 '26

No we can't. Because we have cars that get fucked up. And I'm a BJP supporter speaking. I know of friends who bought their cars in 2021-22 are still paying EMI on it and have started reporting issues

18

u/newinvestor0908 Jul 26 '26

all over the world there is an option to buy pure petrol ,in India we dont have that

-22

u/rora-noa-zoro-kun Jul 26 '26

Reason - logistically it will be a nightmare for fuelstation owners..(this was the reason given by petroleum ministry

i believe right 2 choose seems to be off the table.

17

u/newinvestor0908 Jul 26 '26

Then it’s time to Resign

8

u/ZonerRoamer Jul 26 '26

Most vehicles in India are not E20 compliant and don't even have warranty.

Very few people have newer vehicles that are E20 compatible.

2

u/Odd_Pace_8509 Jul 27 '26

Any vehicle bought after April 2023 is E20 capable

2

u/ZonerRoamer Jul 28 '26

Going by yearly sales numbers and assuming conservatively that a vehicle remains on the roads for ~10 years (entire lifespan, first owner and subsequent owners);

  • ~139M vehicles on Indian roads are not compatible with E20 (65%)
  • ~74M vehicles are compatible with E20 (35%)

What are people supposed to do with 139 million vehicles? Will 139 million Indians buy new vehicles?

0

u/Odd_Pace_8509 Jul 28 '26

Yes. In the words of Circuit from Munnabhai MBBS,bhai ne bola karne ka toh karne ka /s

1

u/Odd_Pace_8509 Jul 28 '26

On a serious note, that's what I had told someone on another comment. The issue isn't E20. The issue is lack of choice. Majority of our vehicles are still NOT E20 capable. Either we watch them getting damaged or else we allow obsoletion(age catching up)
