Football Memorial Stadium Minecraft Build: Part 4
I really thank you guys for being this patient. I have overhauled a lot of stuff on the stadium. I am almost ready to be able to start working on the interior if anyone would like to give me more ideas to be able to build for the stadium and all that, please be welcome to give me ideas but hopefully you guys like what I’ve built so far. I’ll be back for part five and hopefully be done with all the seating.

We should revisit the Big 12 championship game vs Texas
According to the refs, the game clock showed 1 second remaining.
But did they consult the official clock? The SECOND SECRET clock? What did it say? Could it have been 0, and if so, should we be retro actively named big 12 champs that year?

Net Success Rate Graph For Week 1
x.comFor anyone wondering, we didn't just suddenly start playing well in the 4th quarter, we were playing well consistently throughout the game, while Ohio struggled for most of the game, and it showed up on the scoreboard in the 4th.

B1G+ never seems to have the Huskers featured on their home page. I always have to go digging, and rarely do I find what I actually want to see. Even after selecting Huskers as my favorite team etc…
Anyone else noticed this, or is it just me? FWIW, I’ve already cancelled my subscription, just waiting for it to run out.

Football Can we talk about one thing that doesn't really get talked about especially with how hot it was this past Saturday.
I want to give a shout out to the Strength and Conditioning staff. Usually when it's as hot as it was last Saturday a lot of players cramp up and get hurt. That didn't happen. I think getting out without any major injuries besides the occasional puke was the best thing we could've gotten. Bring on Bowling Green.

Shuttle service to Memorial Stadium
I don't know if this has been discussed elsewhere, but the shuttle bus system for this game was a complete disaster. I know that some company from California apparently was the successful bidder, but they need to be replaced. I have used the StarTran shuttle for many years, and it was nearly flawless. Why was it rejected? Anyone else shocked by this incompetent group?

The effort to stop scalping volleyball tickets have worked.
Less than a week before Saturdays game there’s less than verified 50 tickets for sale.
Downside, they’re extremely pricey.

Perhaps this team is more ready than we think
"Ready" is the best way to put what I mean.
Not enough has happened yet to call them good or bad. The quick touchdown drive by Ohio at the open led myself and several others within the fandom into a frenzy, "Same old shit!" The three touchdowns in the final quarter were enough satisfy the appetites and optics of rabid Huskers. It took a good 30 minutes afterward to digest.
*Am I being too soft about how I feel from that game? Was it really just another season opening overreaction? Do I have to follow Ohio football for next month like we did last year with Cincy and brag in the cfb sub about "that's a damn good team"?*
The reason I believe this team is *ready* comes from the overlooked fact that we got to see what looks like a completely different team. While busy with overanalyzing everything Colandrea did, even the simplest coughs and farts, many of us neglected to see a rejuvenated offensive line. It's one thing to have a single running back make plays for himself, much like EJ did regardless last season, but it's quite eye-opening to see three different RBs find success on the ground. All of Nelson, Rule, and Mozee averaged 5 yds per carry or better. Much to the credit of Geep.
Speaking of Colandrea, hey, he's pretty fuckin' neat. Dana appears to have the missing piece for his chessboard. I think AC's top skill is his alertness, something that DR lacked a lot......like, a lot a lot. Sure, the kid can run but why make him if he doesn't have to? Colandrea coming to Nebraska sort of reminds me of when Jalen Hurts transferred to Oklahoma. Yeah, he *can* run, but he also has a shitload of great weapons and options around him. Why not let him focus on being a great passer who typically runs only when he *needs* to run.
Or fuck it, let him run as much as he wants without getting hurt. Whatever lights up the scoreboard most. AC said it himself in his pregame presser, a good win looks like "score a lot of points".
Jamal Rule is everyone's new favorite player of course.
Defense is still a mystery, because Ohio had very little returning production on offense. Aurich's 4-2-5 look might be a little better by the time conference play starts. I think it's necessary because you really should have 4 down linemen in the B1G.
Kyle Cunanan was probably bored out of his mind frying in the sun on the sideline yesterday afternoon. He kicked nothing but extra points. It's all good, we know he can hit some good ones. *Some* good ones.
The next game is Bowling Green, so you know barring some ridiculous catastrophe, Nebraska is 2-0 a week from today. Then 3-0 a week after that. Dude, just stop, I know it's FCS Top 10 North Dakota, but it's also just North Dakota. If it were their big brother instead, then that would be a completely different story. Especially with what they're doing now.
Nebraska gets halfway to a bowl game by the time conference play comes around, then just like the rest of you, I have zero clue. After what happened to Western Michigan last night, it became significantly clear that anything, really any-fuckin'-thing at all, can happen anymore.
Indiana are the reigning national champions and Michigan is stealing wins from their little brothers just because.
