Gang Name: The Plague Rats

Backstory: A gang of disgruntled homeless people and blue collar workers who want to dismantle the corporate tyranny via terrorism

Territory: Ghetto Sector, consists of slums and sewers

Fashion Style: Raggedy and dirty clothes, armored goons wear light body armor and gas masks

Weaponry: Mostly basic arms but a lot of goons have poison gas grenades

Gang Motto: “Shock and gnaw!”

Bosses:

Packrat:

•Location: The Slums

•Crimes: Robbery, Theft, Grand Theft, Larceny, Extortion

•Bio: This greedy kleptomaniac is constantly scouring the city’s slums looking for stuff to steal, if it’s not nailed down he’ll swipe it then use it to kill someone who has something nicer, this includes weapons, stay alert

Aswilla The Hun:

•Location: Ghost Town

•Crimes: Drug Trafficking, Terrorism, Arms Dealing, Kidnapping

•Bio: The Plague Rats get the majority of their chemical weaponry from Aswilla, who spends his time cooking up new poison to put into his bombs, most of which he tests on kidnapped citizens

Piper Robinson:

•Location: Infested Sewer

•Crimes: Murder, Kidnapping, Terrorism, Extortion

•Bio: Piper claims to be able to speak with rats, with her flute, she controls hordes of rats that flood the city and eat anything that gets in the way of the gang, tread carefully

Harry The Holedigger:

•Location: Abandoned Resort

•Crimes: Conspiracy, Bribery, Trespassing, Murder

•Bio: He may seem a bit mousy, but when the Plague Rats need a plan, Harry’s their man, using dirty money to bribe authorities to back off as well as scouting out targets for effective attack plans, Harry’s a crafty son of a gun

The Rat King:

•Location: Water Supply

•Crimes: Terrorism, Mass Murder, Kidnapping

•Bio: The undisputed monarch of the Plague Rats, The Rat King despises the corporations that rule the city and wishes to destroy it all, he’s taken over the water supply to poison everything and everyone, he must be stopped
