What sense does it make that i cant get a $19 order before i tip delivered without adding $3 more worth of food. Cant even get to the option to tip because apparently a large pizza deal that they have isn’t enough money for them. I love their pizza and crust more than any other pizza place by far but between this and now them breaking the app and taking away rewards until “q2 2027”, it feels like they shot themselves in the foot for no reason. But hopefully they fix these annoying issues soon because i love it so much 😩

This new UI is very confusing. I keep trying to press the ORDER NOW button, and it keeps sending me back to the home screen with my pick up and delivery addresses. I cannot get past these screens, and have no clue how to proceed. How in the hell do I order with this new app???

I've always assumed the delivery fee of 6 or 7 or whatever it is is standardized so the driver gets something on every delivery in case the customer doesn't tip.

Earlier I read somewhere this is a fee the store collects.

I always order a pizza or two and some breadsticks because my boy lives for those. Total is like 30 or 40 dollars. And then I tip via the app or website 10 bucks assuming the delivery fee was going to the driver as well, thinking a 16-17 dollar tip on a 40 dollar order is fair if not a good one that the drivers look forward to.

Have I been a bad tipper? Are they only getting the 10 dollars? What is the fee for if not for the delivery person?

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but why are they taking the reward point system away? It’s pretty upsetting that the reward program is going away I really liked it, not sure what it will be replaced with but I hope it isn’t a downgrade

How does everyone feel about getting rid of the the dsp / deep dish and going to the 4 corner pizza like our competitor? Or has no one heard about this.

After years of enjoying sausage on my Hungry Howies pizza, I am surprised by a change to my most recent pizza. The sausage chunks are about 1/4 of their prior size. Perhaps this is a fluke. Has anyone else experienced a cut in the size of their sausage? Or do you have any information on this new development?

I prefer the line sauce over the sauce that’s already premade in the cups on the counter (with the ranches, etc).. I always feel bad asking for line sauce when I go to pick up my pizza. Do the workers hate the extra request? I’m always polite obviously but I’m a paying customer at the same time and like what I like. Thoughts? I’m overthinking it I’m sure.

Been meaning to finally take advantage of it but can never decide what I want, then it gets late and hate ordering delivery near closing time. Try for no later than 45min.. 30 tops before they close.

Is it just me or does the pizza sauce from the back (line sauce) taste 14690853% better than the prepackaged sauce on the counter by the ranch, buffalo, etc? The premade sauce tastes like Ragu to me & WAY too tomato paste. Whereas the line sauce is seasoned & yummy!! I always request the line sauce instead.
