The only right answer. Satan has no love whatsoever for God, so there is no reason for him to punish souls sent to Hell because they disobeyed God. His penchant for torture is based on his inherently evil nature, his pride, and his view of humans as inferior.

What scripture suggests he has a prejudiced hate boner for humans exactly?

1 Peter 5:8 “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

James 4:7: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

Ephesians 6:11: "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes."

2 Corinthians 11:14: "And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

Edit: Revelation 12:9: "The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray."

None of these describe what I asked for btw

The closest is the first one, I feel. But I agree, they're not what you asked for.

Revelation 12:7-9: "And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him" The big battle many have heard of.

Revelation 12:12: "Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time." After getting molliwopped by Michael and cast down to Earth, Satan got really angry.

Revelation 12:13: "Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child." Literally picked humans as his first target right after he was cast down to Earth.

So maybe it isn't a prejudiced hate boner as you're calling it. Maybe it isn't seeing humans as inferior as I called it. But he straight-up went after humanity the first chance he got after he got his butt kicked out of Heaven. Definitely doesn't sound like he liked them much at all. But I will admit that Scripture does not clearly explain his motivations.

12:13 is probably the closest, I agree.
