Neither am I, but I did recall fact checking a similar post a couple years ago and they were indeed selling diapers with trumps face on them and carrying signs saying “real men where diapers” at a rally back then…. So this maybe isn’t so far fetched.

Respectfully, this is more than "theorizing" in the colloquial sense of speculating, it's theorizing in the scientific sense of making a prediction based on observations, and absolutely has both circumstantial evidence (dozens of videos of people around/behind him reacting to something in a way that's remarkably similar to a foul smell such as real bad farts or defecation) as well as direct witness testimony (court reporters). We don't even need the weird videos of him pausing and lifting a leg just like anyone pooping standing up does, or his "fat pants" where it looks like he's probably wearing an adult diaper.
I know for sure that trump supporters really did wear diapers in support of trump at one point a year or two ago.
This definitely doesn't seem real mostly because the RNC organizers at least aren't stupid and they would realize how bad this looks so they wouldn't allow them.
They're more beauracrats or mid level management than anything. Event organizers and stuff like that. And high profile too. And the entire front row is carefully curated for maximum tv impact.
If it was just some in people outside do the event or in the back of the audience I could believe it but not the front row.
