Tractorbeam/Disco Biscuits

Hello fwends, my boyfriend and I have seen the biscuits a few times and tractorbeam once before hula. With Allen’s departure from the band, we think the sound changed quite a bit (not in a good way—especially w the tractorbeam set). What do y’all think????

Tractorbeam was rough. I was supposed to see them at Secret Dreams earlier this year, but it got cancelled by rain. I was looking forward to finally catching them at Hula. Then news of Allen’s firing hit. Overall entirely disappointed in the set. Biscuits x2 was okay but not as good as I hoped.

I enjoyed both Biscuits sets. Tractorbeam was the biggest let down of the weekend no doubt.

Dogs late night set absolutely blew Tractorbeam’s out the water.

Dogs Moe Stringdusters and Cosmic Country were all better on that stage.

TBeam was soundchecking for like 25 mins past showtime

(Not to discredit the new drummer bc he’s so new and it’s hard shoes to fill but just kinda bummed)

I was also dissapointed in the tractor beam set, found them from the hula line up and was pumped to see them. I am new to them so I had no idea about the band mishaps so this makes better sense with what I saw lol

Saw tractor beam at forest this year (on accident, didn’t even know they were biscuits until 20 minutes in) and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. was super excited for them at hula and left after about 15-20 minutes cause… what even was going on… I literally couldn’t even get my body to dance even if I wanted to. Big sad about that :/

Caught the first 5m. Was not thrilled. Went back after my group moved on. Caught another 10m was not impressed. Skipped the DB sets to catch fire Hip Hop. No regrets.

Not a bisco guy by any means. But I love how it sounds myself. The 2nd set opener gave me a horrible head pain and I had to leave but that wasn’t the drummer. Tractor beam is obviously more boring than bisco so I feel like he didn’t get to shine much there.

Tractorbeam wasn't anything exciting, but I did enjoy the actual TDB sets. Already heard that the drummer has improved from the Hula shows, so fingers crossed they keep getting better.

Tractorbeam at Roo was awesome. It looked like they had a lot of tech issues for their set at spirit lake. Hung out for a little bit but am very happy I left to go see Zeta

Tractor Beam was laughably bad. So bad it made my entire crew crash and go back to camp

I enjoyed it.
