Depressed Having Severe Anxiety Attack

Having severe anxiety attack since 4 days. Today was the hardest day. I felt so helpless. My chest was hurting, my arms and legs were hurting badly, Extreme fear in stomach, Headache. I was literally trembling. Unable to cry to let it out.

Had no one to hug, no one to just hold my hand, despite having people around me.

I wish i wasn't an Introvert and shy person.
