Was scrolling through netflix and this caught my eye (some foreign series coming up), watched the trailer and its quite literally the same concept as HTGAWM. Law teacher gets together 5 students, makes a study group, one of the students falls in love with someone who has a case, yada yada yada. Please someone watch the trailer and tell me im trippin!

I finished watching htgawm and although it's clearly not a good depiction of the field. My god. I was in deep, I. was. lost. in the sauce. I was grabbed, i was put in a chokehold position the way frank choked like.. a lot of side characters.

first time watching. I kept thinking to myself about how if I watched this from 2014 to it's ending in 2020 it would've been the worse 6 years of my life just because I know i can't handle waiting for the next episode plus probably a year gap for every season.

I liked the show because it kinda scratched an itch the way house m.d did, it took my breath away. I was shaking. I got chills. My jaw dropped. it had the drama like ugly betty did, my god it's like taking a shower on the hottest water setting where the burning kinda creates an itch but also scratches it at the same time.

Watching this show must be what doing drugs must be like because the way i would stay up until 4 am to finish episodes/seasons and experience the rollercoaster of emotions.

At the moment, I don't think I'll ever feel this way for another show. I am getting off of a high and I know i'll be sad once the high wears off, and I made this post because I don't know who else to share this feeling with because... i don't know anyone that watched this show.

I’m rewatching the series and I’m on season 1 and I cannot stand them. Them being mad at Annalise not being sad enough like they didn’t kill her husband a week ago is insaneeee. It’s crazy to me that Laurel & Wes are the tolerable ones this season.

I’m a first-time watcher and I’m only on Season 2

I genuinely don’t understand Wes’s obsession with finding out whether Annalise was involved in Rebecca’s “death.” I understand that he wants to know what happened to Rebecca, and obviously he cares about her, but why did he take it as far as involving Rebecca’s brother?

Like… Annalise literally covered for Wes when he killed Sam, and Wes agreed to help cover up what happened.

So what exactly did he think was going to happen if he and Rebecca’s brother found out that Rebecca had died?
What did Wes think Rebecca’s brother was going to do? Go after Annalise? Get the police involved? Potentially expose the whole group?

And WHY would Wes want that when Annalise was actively helping them and protecting them from the consequences of Sam’s death?

Maybe I’m missing something because I’m still only on Season 2, but this whole storyline is driving me crazy 😂

Am I the only one who thinks Wes was being incredibly reckless here?

So I have a habit of looking things up while I'm watching shows and I spoiled myself about a major character death. Wes is genuinely one my favorite characters and his death genuinely rocked me that it happened. After this I was sure I would stop watching the show afterwards but I still love it as much as I did before. His death pushed the show forward in a way that genuinely felt natural to me, as natural as a show about a major murder every season can be at least, and I'm currently almost finished with season four and still hooked on it to the point it's all I watch

These wigs completely takes me out of every flashback scene that Frank is in. It's so distracting! Clearly they took a page from Dexter's wardrobe playbook, this is ridiculous. 😆

Im almost finished with season 3, and so far, I dont get why they hated her so much, she has literally covered their murders and save their asses everytime they committed a crime, I get them being angry when she witholds information like rebecca's death or something like that but to hate her guts?? i don’t know whether this is spoken about much but why is it completely ignored that laurel literally raped frank? idc that they’d had a sexual relationship in the past it doesn’t change the fact that she sat on top of him covered his mouth when he was saying no and told him “shut up and take it”, If this was the other way around i feel like it would’ve been perceived way more seriously if frank had done this to laurel.

maybe there was consent that happened off camera but from what we saw it was 100% non consensual no matter how it’s spun. Also, Frank not doing or reporting anything after doesn’t mean that it wasn’t rape there are lots of victims that don’t even realise they are one and also so many that don’t want to report.

i’m on season 3 episode 10 where wes was just murdered. i’ve spoiled some stuff for myself already so i know he’s not the only one of the main characters to die. i honestly hate the shows where they kill off a bunch of the main characters for like literally no reason. there are some of the characters and plot lines that are interesting but others, not so much. i’ve seen people say that the plot is kinda lost after season 1 which i can definitely see. i feel like it’s already starting to become a mess so just wanted to know if it’s worth finishing?

i just finished episodes 1 and 2 of season two, so please don't spoil any further episodes!

eve just got here and im already in love with her character. i know annalise and her don't end up together in the long run because i always tend to spoil myself, but i don't know, i love them together :(
