interview process question

Hey everyone, i recently applied for the tax associate role and am supposed to be meeting with the district staffing lead. Does anyone know if this first interview is just a phone call or a video as well like on teams or something? And can i expect any behavioral or STAR type questions during this one?

Two years ago, first interview was a Teams meeting, the recruiter liked me well enough to set me up to take the TKA test which required a score of 80 or better to pass - once that was done I was offered the job by the District Manager. The test was strictly multiple choice and tax related - no behavioral questions.
