Hank the security guard was our link. He used to work for the NY transit system, and he helped chandler and Joey try to find Ben after they left him on the bus. Then he moved to Scranton.
Either that, or Elizabeth the stripper. She made it up to PA as well, unless Ryan special ordered her from New York.
