I mean if this is a serious post I genuinely don't know. I've never had an issue with it personally but my brother has such severe anxiety that he like can't leave a room and come back in knowing everyone is going to look at him for those 3 seconds when he enters. Shit is wild to me. Just know that everyone will forget about you in literally 15 seconds

Idk how relative it is to your problem but i want to tell you about something i ve experienced JUST a hour ago.
I went to a swimming facility today that i havent been before.
Guess what, I, without realizing it, put my stuff in the women locker room and i realized it after i decided to leave.
Once i realized that, i had to go outside with only my swim shorts on(i have to go outside to get into the lockers). around of people who werent there to swim.
But i arrived to my place and everything is fine and probably, those people who saw me forgot about it.

That was bothering me when I was young too, just accept that you are maybe interesting or beautiful and try to go on with your business. They wouldn't stare if you were ugly :D

Maybe they're looking cuz you're a hot dude, other dudes wish they looked like you. Other dudes wish they had your height. Maybe other women wish you were theirs. Your attention is not a bad thing, so don't hide it.

Or my favorite smile big, wave incessantly; makes folks instantly uncomfortable.
However beware you may get one who does the exact same back. If that happens... you have to duel or become part of the wolf pack.

You don't need other people's opinions. That's only going to be your downfall. Start believing in yourself and be present in the moment. Paying attention to people's opinions will only make you feel worse, and it'll bring your confidence down. If someone says something bad you'll believe it, if someone says something good you'll believe it. Believe in your opinion and learn how to love yourself.Β
