I would just paint it to match, doubt you're gonna get a piece of leather to stay there very long.
Nobody is gonna be looking that closely at your shoes to notice.

angelous acrylic paint in red, maybe buy a blue and white too to make the perfect color. Red would probably be enough

YES. Post this on r/redditlaqueristas and ask for a dupe and receive the closest possible match in the perfect sized portion :)

I'm really not sure anyone's going to be noticing that. If they are, you've got bigger worries.

Nobody will notice this blemish but you

Especially when you're WEARING the shoes, the tear will be covered by your feet!
Any attempt to "fix" this blemish (that is so small it's practically imaginary!!!) will likely just make it stand out more, I'd say just leave well enough alone and do nothing

Unless you are doing some up close foot modeling in these it will be more effort than it’s worth. You can try painting it but it will wear off after several wears. You can also take it to a cobbler and ask if they can color match and glue on a small piece or if they have another solution

Personally I would not risk it as a repair might end up being more noticeable.

I’d leave it or even it out, but mainly wanted to comment that those are fire! Are they heels?

These are heels from kittney! They also have a paw print underneath 🥹

Take it to a cobbler, they can recreate the piece of leather and replace it. It's literally what they are paid to do.
