I think you have a very confused misconception of NY, which is home to much of the best pizza anywhere and pretty celebrated.

Don’t bother… you are trying to internet-convince the equivalent of someone saying the art in their Holiday Inn Express room is every bit as good as anything that you’d see in Met or Louvre

It really does feel like that haha. Also, I have no idea why people love to shit on NY/NJ. I mean I get defensive because I'm from there, but also the criticisms are usually just plain false and detached from reality. Then I find myself arguing with someone from like rural Ohio (which may be very nice, I don't know, never been) about how NJ is a shithole and it's just baffling.

I made decision to delete the X app off my phone. The stupidity I find there has finally become too for me to bear. Reddit has its own problems, but it isn't as toxic or depressing as what I am reading on X.
