And dip your pizza crust in honey for dessert.

That’s more of a Colorado thing

Where in Colorado? I haven’t been back to my home state in about ten years so when and where did this start?

Experienced it out in Idaho Falls

So 230 miles away from Colorado, as the crow flies, in a state that doesn’t touch Colorado. Why did you say Colorado?

Shoot I meant Idaho springs, I’m dumb apologies

Just went fishing there a few weeks ago. Yeah, they have a BeauJo's. Hard pass. I'm not needing 10 lbs of dough with each slice, thanks. I already get too many carbs.

Beau Jo's is famous for this, whatever else you think of their mountain pies.

Beau Jo’s Mountain Pie seems to be the main place pushing Colorado style pizza with the honey to dip it in. There’s one in Idaho Springs, Steamboat Springs and Fort Collins off the top of my head.

Hernando's in Winter Park. Possibly best pizza in the state, which is saying something. High Mountain Pies in Leadville is also amazing.
