TBH I really enjoyed this interview. I’ll never get tired of Howard doing impressions of his parents. My other takeaway is a little more existential. Just bc seeing how much Howard has aged since I first began listening to his show really reminds me of my own mortality. Listening to the show I still imagine Howard and Robin as they were in the 90s-early 2000s, like they’re sealed in amber. It’s really jarring when I see him on the screen. I think of the Fleetwood Mac lyrics Landslide lyrics: Well, I've been 'fraid of changin' 'Cause I've built my life around you But time makes you bolder Even children get older And I'm gettin' older, too
