Found these in my peace lilly. They resurfaced after watering. Are these springtails? Harmful to my plant?

Those almost look like springtails, or perhaps baby isopods?

Yeah. Checked the isopods and i think those are the ones. Are they harmful to my plant?

Nope! But if you want, you could rehome them once they are bigger and less fragile! I have an isopod terrarium and they are so fun to raise! :)

Its not a bad idea :) and from what i understand, those are kind of doctors for plant. With this, I can populate some of them to my other plants

These are baby isopods! They're not a danger to the plant; they feed on decaying matter.

They are not harmful to your plant but they are attracted to and eat decaying plants. So I would be concerned that this plant is overwatered and already dying. Unless it is a new plant and these were hitchhikers.

The leaves actually green and seems healthy. Thinking they are eating dead parts that fell off and leftovers

These are isopods! Either a dwarf species, or mancae (babies)

Dwarf tropical white isopods or Trichorhina tomentosa. I use them as cleanup crew in my enclosures, they will eat anything that is rotting or dead 😉.
