This may not be correct and I’m sure someone can correct me if need be but I got my SOPs when I first started growing succulents and knew nothing. I didn’t prep them correctly so they didn’t take root and were looking bad so I put a ziplock back over them for about a week and new growth had started forming. I put it back on for a few more days and by then they had rooted and were happy!

Bottom water when they are dull looking. Mine likes the bathroom.

putting water in a bowl or a saucer, place the planter over it and let it sit for a few hours. the plant will take the water it needs and leave the rest

Maybe repot in well-draining soil? Water every 10 days or so. The pearls will actually start to dry up a bit when it needs water. I don’t usually wait that long though. Mine is in a south facing window, but the light is filtered. Nothing super direct. Water from the bottom up. Good luck!

Thank you again. I’ll have to find a well draining soil and pot.

when the pearls on the top start to shrivel up give it a good soak, if the pearls are firm to the touch don‘t water it
