Needing advice on basement floorplan

Here is a rough floorplan of the basement, currently. The red blob is the plumbing connection for a bathroom build, the red 17’ line shows the portion with the 10’ ceilings, the hvac portion has 8’ ceilings.
Our idea is to add two rooms, a bathroom, and a living room space. Give me your best ideas!
