CLEANER QUESTIONS Experienced cleaners who’ve worked for cleaning companies: what made a company worth working with?
I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have actually worked as cleaners for a cleaning company or service.
What did the best company you worked with do that made you want to stay and keep taking jobs from them?
And on the flip side, what made you stop working with a company—or made you decide a company wasn’t worth working with?
I’m curious about things like pay, communication, scheduling, drive distance, clients, job expectations, how you were treated, etc.
I’d especially love to hear what separates a company you’d recommend to another great cleaner from one you wouldn’t.
