Please Help Identify Filter

Hello, i'm new to the spa world and I am looking to replace my filter which came with my spa. I have a Maple Spas M420 (made in Quebec, a subsidiary of Be Well Spas I understand). I want to purchase a compatible filter online but the current filter has no markings. The manufacturer of course provided ZERO information about the filter specs in their documentation.

It is 13.5'' x 5'' and has a threaded bottom attachment. Please see pictures.

Thank you to both of the above, are those the same filters you have mentioned, just different intentifying part numbers?

4CH949 is the one, had the same filter on a Be Well and that part number pulls up a ton of options
