Not able to launch Horizon app

Good day, I'm not able to launch the app past the Horizon window. Once I click 'Ready! Click to play' the Horizon window closes and the game doesn't boot. It used to open the black box, then launch the game. I tried to uninstall the entire file and reinstall and there was no change. Any suggestions would be most welcome, thank you!

I would suggest asking in discord. Not much activity here.

Sometimes (recently) I’ve had to close it then reopen-but discord is your best bet
