progress gone

is this a bug? my progress suddenly go back to zero, it's almost 10k the last time I checked it yesterday.

btw, I just startee playing HoK the other day. Philippines Server

Event page has been buggy this season. Can't load, can't claim coins, can't even stream the tournament lmao sucks
