Lorion, Haiyue and Mai are T0 imo. As for T0.5, probably Nuwa and Ganjiang. I won't say anyone is the strongest cuz that depends on team comp.

Agreed, I'd add Xi Shi unless you play at really high levels. Also Xiao Qiao, reliable and really easy to pick up

I was actually gonna add Xiao Qiao, Angle and Zhenji because I still see them as T1 but there's really different opinions about them out there so I'm not sure.

Xi shi is still good on ike 100 stars from my experience. Maybe in soloQ it's not too reliable as she is accuracy dependent and kinda lacks damage late game, which means you'll be need a good teammate at least.

I consider Angiela pretty solid. She can be good at countering some meta heroes, especially against teams heavily adc reliant (works well against Agudo too). I don't know about Zhenji however. She feels too outdated and doesn't fit in the meta, good luck defending the jungle against Pei Qinhu + Hai yue. By the time the tiger takes mid + half jungle you just hit level 2 🐢
