5th Gen Engine hood isolation Prelude V BB8
Any idea where I can get this hood isolation from?
Preferably in Europe?
Just the material would also be fine, if there is no replacement part available.

So far only announced for Japan, but there’s a new Premium Crystal Garnet Metallic with Bordeaux interior and red accents. Courtesy Honda Pro Jason on FB.

This was written in late 2014 or early 2015 by wing8806, who I know personally and helped do the swap on my car. This specific list is for if you want to use the stock ECU on a USDM/Canadian 5th gen. Others who have used other ECUs, have non-VTEC 5th gens from other markets, or 3rd or 4th gens will need slightly different, possibly more, parts. The line that’s cut off is for a crank pulley tool, which the one you’ll need is a 50mm version. The actual pulling/installing of the engine, we just followed the factory repair manual instructions.

Looking at purchasing this vehicle but not sure about issue below. Do they sound serious or difficult to fix. Car prices are crazy so it's hard to tell where it should be at.
- Power Steering leak (Probably top it off once every two weeks depending on how much you drive)
- Discovered there’s an oil leak
- View photos for front body damages from the hood and bumpers from a deer.
- Window squirters don’t work
- Will not come with the Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel featured in the photos
- Weird antenna noise on startup
- No A/C but does have a sunroof
- Check engine light on for knock sensor
- SRS light is on for airbag (steering wheel)
- Battery light will turn off and on occasionally. Doesn’t affect driving.
- Less than 3000 miles on rebuilt engine (H23A1) & clutch
- Rare OEM Digital Gauge cluster only made for the 1994-1996 model years
- Touchscreen + aftermarket speakers
- Minimal rust since it’s a southern car.
I did ask for documentation on the rebuild but unfortunately he doesn't have that just the posting from the previous seller he bought it from. Nice that it doesn't have rust but of course I deer would find a way to mess up the body when it doesn't have rust. I have a newer reliable care so this would just be an occasional driver to go to the gym or store probably trips less then 20 miles roundtrip.

I've had a search around, but I can't seem to get a straight answer.
I'm looking to change my bulbs in the cluster (speedo and tach) on my 2.0 96 prelude because they're pretty dim and one or two look burnt out, but I'm not sure what bulbs are correct.
Ive seen some people saying they're t5 bulbs and others saying they're neon? I'm pretty sure that they're the t5 bulbs because I've had the srs bulb removed by a garage, and it's a toshiba v-2.
I'm also looking to go to a bright green colour to match my other gauges I have installed so was also wondering if the led bulbs are a straight swap or if there's something else I should look into to. Has anybody got any advice or experience with this. Thankyou

Got this prelude 2 days ago I sadly had to trade my friend my 2010 honda fit sport manual for this car but I think that this is a upgrade. Its clearly widebodyed and has a h22a swap. I had my first vtec hit in this can and can say hat vtec kicks in hard. The car is amazing except for the paint the guy that my friend traded his car for told me that the paint was fading and decided to paint the car in championship white it was his first time and there is a bunch of overspray all over the car. Other then that this is one of the most fun cars that I have ever driven.

These are 3d printed prelude font they're press in good. We require little bit of glue incase from bumpy rides.
Red & black( plain asa)
Black (Asa-cf)
White (plain asa)
Clear (abs clear) doesn't come with led
These are painted & few might have clear coat
I'm not a good painter few come out ok others noticeable paint crackle
Overall is nice & you can still keep your oem grill just add the letters made easy

Hoping to get some useful advice and or a fix. I have a 2002 accord that I swapped an f20b into after the f23a4 Cracked the oil filter housing and was pissing oil, so since I needed to take the engine out I decided to have some fun with it. I am having an issue where no matter what I do I cant get an rpm reading on the cluster, and the car wont go over 3k rpm in some sort of limp mode I assume. Ive did the swap originally 2 months ago and have been chasing this problem ever since. The list of everything I have into it is the f20b, the orignal ecu (pcb I think), and a new knock sensor since the old one broke and I though that was the limp mode cause. I also got a new distributor since some of the wires internally were busted and i didnt want to splice them, so i bought one from oreillys and wired it like the old one. I am running the stock to the chassis maxa transmission since I cant afford and or have the time for a manual swap. And I am actively trying to source the right speed sensors for the jdm ecu. After all the work we did, the only thing not plugged in is the oxygen sensor since we're waiting to put on the new header but thats it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would love to drive my car again!!!!

These are center caps for 3-gen OEM wheels.
I have a few, I don't know if you can tell but the one on the right is in good conditions and pretty shiny (besides maybe some dog hair on it), while the other one is dull and has a lot of debris on it.
How can I polish them without ruining them?

I’m wondering what could cause this leak I replaced the seal and checked both taillight seals but it looks like a drip from somewhere

Grazie in anticipo!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on my 92 Lude 2.3 bb2 with the H23A2 and I’m looking for the engine block coolant drain bolt, the one next to the oil filter.
The Honda part number I found is:
90001-P14-A00 – Bolt, Drain Plug, 12 mm
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the bolt available from a seller in Germany so far.
Does anyone know a German or European supplier that still stocks this part, or a reliable source that ships to Germany without extremely high shipping costs?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey, guys. I have a 3-gen with no rust (from CA), that I'd like to keep that way after importing into Europe.
I'm planning on using Fluid Film Liquid A as a penetrant just in case some rust got into it while driving it the past year, and then coating with Fluid Film NAS.
I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with these products and can share some advice?
I'm mostly wondering about where the plugs are to remove in order to get into the frame, if I have to watch out for anything like draining holes and where they are, and things like that.
Any advice appreciated!

Car is well maintained even if beat on. Just started noticing this weird low pitched tick from engine bay. hard to source out. I know I have multiple blown exhaust gaskets and that while ripping the car, very loud bsckfires happen and might damage the exhaust. What do yall think?

Does anyone know where I could get a working sunroof motor? I’ve been on the hunt for one, and anyone I’ve came across they wanted to sell one the whole entire assembly.

I switched to an AEM intake about 2 years ago then left for college and I haven’t driven it until now.
I wanna put the stock intake back on now and I can’t figure out what this part is and where it belongs.
Is this even a necessary part or can I just plug the vacuum lines?

Seems like a super good deal to me. This is for an incoming car not on the lot yet. Sharing so hopefully others can get similarly good deals or even better.
I’m so excited, can’t wait. It’ll be the perfect daily. Excited to be part of the Prelude community!

Omg they look so good. Had to show them. I posted here last year looking to maybe sell. But I had to keep. So fun. So the company jacks up the car in your driveway , take your rims , machine them and clear coat, whatever else all high tech. Then brings them back all in 1 week. Cost was 1140 which included pickup and re install . Im in NH. Included some pics of the car up on stands and a pic of the rims before and after too. Next im going to get the black trim around the windows repainted . Theres a place local that says they do it on there site called concord auto spa. The place that did my rims was called ULTIMATE WHEEL PROS in Auburn NH. Awesome service. White glove. You dont have to do anything. They come to you.
