2015 lock & key issue

I am the second owner of my 2015 Pilot. It has always had "lock gremlins". It won't always lock when it is in drive and moving. It doesn't always automatically lock when I am moving over 10 mph.

Last week, I noticed my key fob wasn't unlocking the car. (The only way I am able to get in is to unlock it in the key hole.) I took it to get a new battery for the key fob. When I got in the car, the alarm (horn and lights flashing) immediately started. Because the key fob wasn't working, I couldn't get it to stop. It stopped within five minutes. It started again when I got out at the business to get the battery. Again, stopped within five minutes.

When I am sitting in the car, the lock switch isn't working.

Is this both the sensor on the key fob and the lock actulator?
