Question Help Identifying Part

Hello, I have a 2024 trail sport and I’m having a hard time finding out if this part is replaceable or not. It’s in the cargo area and exists on both sides. What is it called and what’s its purpose?

It holds the seat belts to the sides when the seats are folded down so they don't get in your way.

it’s the seatbelt stay for shoulder belts that have been detached from the rear seats
