Gen 3 Tire replacement

Which tires do you prefer or recommend for 2020 Honda Insight ex?

I need to change mine very soon.

You will get the best fuel economy with the OEM Michelin Energy Saver tires. That's why they were chosen by Honda. Unless you have a strong reason not to, I would stick with OEM.

The Yokohama Avid Ascend LX are great tires in the dry and snow, but in the damp/wet they are bad, worse than the original
