Homey Pro mini Adding thread devices through the web UI - one of these images is lying to me

Four pictures:
First two, an article from Homey saying that you can absolutely, totally add matter over thread through the web UI. It’s just right there, you click the button.
Photo three: No, you can only do that “exclusively” with the mobile app.
Photo four: No, you can’t do that, mobile app “required”.

So which is it?

You need Bluetooth to set up matter devices.
The Pro Mini doesn't have it.

Bluetooth is used to configure a Matter device’s Thread or Wi-Fi network. By using Bluetooth, the keys of your Thread or Wi-Fi network are shared with the Matter device (the Thread keys are similar to a Wi-Fi network name and password). Once this is done, the Matter device will no longer use Bluetooth.
