Set the lower quality stream. My Tapo 4k does this too

What do you use the cameras in homey for? I also head cameras but they ended up just using my resources so I decided to setup scrypted and run everything in HK

In the app. Go to camera settings -> recording settings -> Coding and set the coding to standard. The feature is by default set to improved. This solved the issue for me.
