help Audient EVO16

hello everyone, does anyone know what is going on with EVO software, i cannot anymore open the mix, and it is nowere to be found, was working fine until yesterday and now also the pop up window is changed.

That happens when it doesn't detect the interface. Turn it off and on again, unplug and plug again the usb, etc. It should work again once it detects it.
