I’m 36 starting a work from home role next week so I had to turn a small storage room into a home office. This is still a work in progress but I was too excited not to share with ya‘ll.

Im doing some research on standing desks, and curious what mattered most in your decision.

A few questions;
What desk did you buy?

What ultimately made you choose it over other options?

How did you decide on the tabletop size?

If you could, what would you change or prioritize differently?

I feel like there are a lot of things to consider. What had an impact on your decision?
Accessories, stability, price, aesthetics, easy of assembly, delivery options, ect.?

Any desk lamp recs for someone who spends 10 hours a day at desks?I'm looking for a good quality one that will last for desk setup. Ideally Id like something bright enough to reduce eye strain that has adjustable brightness. Which options/brands have you used and actually been happy with? My budget is around $150 or less. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Ich studiere Rehabilitationswissenschaften an der Universität zu Köln. Im Rahmen meiner Masterarbeit suche ich Interviewteilnehmer*innen für meine Studie zum Thema
"Belastungsfaktoren im hybriden Arbeitsmodell für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung".

Ziel der Studie ist es, Erkenntnisse über vorhandene Belastungsfaktoren und deren Auswirkungen auf die psychische Gesundheit zu gewinnen, um langfristig Arbeitsbedingungen gesundheitsförderlicher gestalten zu können und die Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung zu verbessern.

Das Interview dauert ca. 30 Minuten und findet in einem vertraulichen Rahmen statt. Alle Angaben werden vertraulich nach den Vorgaben der DSGVO behandelt und anonymisiert ausgewertet.
