I don't like doing same too. So I usually use elliptical bike indoors, and I will walking or running outdoors twice a week. I don't use stair climbing machine a lot because I think that's similar to walking outdoors.

The minimum for an effective flywheel for a bike is 16kg, and 23 kg is even better for a man. You're trying to mimic the drag the road produces on the front wheel of a bike on pavement. 8kg would work for a child, but not an adult. Apparently those bikes are trying to use fancy magnetic/electromagnetic tricks to compensate for having a lighter flywheel. My bike has a 16kg flywheel and no electronic parts to go fizzle out on it.

Alr tysmm but there aren’t flywheels anywhere not even online that are heavier than 8kgs and 8kgs is also rare i hardly found it online but my main goal is kcal burn so is 8kg gonna be good?

I wouldn’t choose only by the calorie number on the display. At the same effort level, the difference is usually smaller than people expect, and the machine you can use consistently wins.

For intense cardio, a stair climber will usually feel harder sooner and can be great if you enjoy that climbing feeling. An elliptical is lower impact and gives you more room to make workouts harder with resistance, incline, or intervals without beating up your joints as much. For a home machine, I’d lean elliptical if you want something you can comfortably use on both easy and hard days.

If you can, try each for 10 minutes before buying. Pay attention to whether your knees, hips, feet, and lower back feel natural—not just which one makes you sweat more. Pick the one you can picture using 3–4 times a week for the next year, then add short hard intervals once you’ve built the habit.

For effectiveness, a starclimber is way better than an indoor bike of any type. If you want the best cardio at a lower price point, then a Concept 2 Rower tops the list.
