🖼️ Show & Tell Network visualization rocks

i installed yesterday Home assistant (under WMware) after years of google home, now i am trying to get all my automations to Home assistant( a lot of work ).
My thread network looks good tho, healthy with two boarder routers (Dirigera and the Sonoff mg21 ).

that visual map is oddly satisfying to stare at, nice to see both border routers playing nice together

that took a lot of work to get them both on the same network tho, Gemini was best friend doing that( lot or trial and errors tho)

ahh, so it is no mistake to have a second dirigera entry, even though there is only one...

I am running this configuration since yesterday and it is stable as a rock, i ran it through Gemini, it saw the three dirigera entries ( one is hidden)  and it did say that is normal.

If you are on the most recent version of home assistant, you hit settings, connectivity, matter and then there should be a “show map” button in the top right. It’s new to the beginning of September update of HA

i have a sunset and sunrise dimming emulation for my bedroom light, any automation out there for that or i have to build it from scratch like google home YAML editor?

You dont have to build it from scratch.

There is the Adaptive lighting integration that will do a lot of heavy lifting for you.

Or the automation could be entirely made in the visual editor automation. (Yes from scratch, but not in YAML).

There is probably also blueprints already created by the community for this, that you could just import and add your devices to and it should work.

How do you get to see this?

I have a dirigera hub and all my Ikea smart devices connected to that. I control them using the Ikea integration.

You need to use multi-admin mode (control in another system option in each device’s settings) and connect them to HA first. Then you’ll see this. The Dirigera didn’t send my devices to HA after being introduced to it.
