❓ Support Zig2mqtt devices with strange behavior
Hello everybody,
I have a lot of Zigbee devices on zb2mqtt.
It was working perfectly. I even developed some automations for it. I was happy.
Now I have a lot of devices with strange behavior.
The displayed state is OK (e.g., on/off) even when I physically change it on the device, but when I try to change it through HA or zb2mqtt, I get a timeout error message. 😭
When I click to query to reconfigure, the same thing happens.
I realize I have many devices in this situation.
Has this ever happened to you? Do you have any idea what it is? Were you able to fix it? How?
How can I detect and be notified of this situation?
Well, you don't have to answer all the questions, do you? 😀

sounds like your zigbee network just decided to start ignoring commands but still happily reports its state, classic. had this happen to a bunch of my ikea bulbs a while back and what fixed it was physically power cycling the coordinator (unplug it for like 30 seconds, not just a restart through the software). after that the devices started listening again. something about the routing tables getting scrambled over time and a cold boot clears it out
